Do my guests need an app?

No. No app, no account. They scan the code or tap the link and the camera opens right there in their phone’s browser.

Is it really free?

For up to 5 guests, yes. Bigger parties are one payment per camera: $9.99 for up to 50 guests, $29.99 for up to 150, $59.99 for everyone. No subscription.

What if more guests show up than my plan covers?

Nobody is turned away. Their photos are saved, and you see who is waiting. Switch to a bigger plan and those photos appear on the spot. You only ever pay the difference.

Our venue has terrible signal. Will it still work?

Yes. Shots wait on the phone and send themselves when there is signal again. Guests keep shooting the whole time.

How many photos does each guest get?

You pick: 12, 24 or 36 shots each, 24 unless you change it. A guest who hates one can toss it and get the shot back.

When do we see the photos?

You see every photo as it comes in. Guests see their own, and a blur of everyone else’s, until the album comes out: 12 hours after the camera closes, the moment it closes, right away, or whenever you say.

Is the film look permanent?

No. Every photo is kept as the original too, so you can switch the film look off later and download either one. The date stamp in the corner says whatever you want. Initials work well.

Can we remove a photo we don’t love?

Yes. You see every photo as it lands and can hide or remove any of them. Hidden photos stay hidden when the album comes out.

Can we make one for the bach party or the rehearsal dinner?

Yes. Make a camera for the welcome party, the rehearsal dinner, the bach weekend, the shower or the morning after. Each one is free for up to 5 guests.

How do guests find it?

Put the QR code on the tables, text the link to the group chat, or both. We give you a printable sign in four looks and four sizes, from a place card to a full page.

What do you get from my guests’ phones?

Only the photos they take with the camera. Never their camera roll, never their contacts.

How long do you keep the photos?

For 365 days after the party. Download the whole album, film look, originals or both, any time before then.
