Your guest list,
minus the spreadsheet.

Type names the way you’d say them. Guests send their own addresses and RSVP on your free website, and everything else in your planner reads the same list.

Or and watch it sort itself out.

Start the way you talk.

“Tom & Margaret Ellis + June.” “The Hendersons (4).” “Priya +1.” Every line becomes a household with the right people, the right count and room for plus-ones. Try one above.

They RSVP on your free website.

Every household gets its own link. It opens your site with their names on it, asks only about the events they’re invited to, and drops the answers straight onto your list.

  • Meals from your real menu, dietary needs a caterer can read
  • Plus-ones name themselves, up to however many you allow
  • Rehearsal dinner only for the people you tick
  • A head count, meals and allergies to hand your venue in one download

One link. Every address.

Drop it in the family group chat. Guests type their first initial and last name, tap their household and fill in the address. You watch the missing count go to zero.

Only you two see what they send. The link can’t be used to read your list.

One list. Everything reads it.

  • Your website

RSVPs land on the list; the list decides who sees the rehearsal dinner.

  • Seating chart

Tables fill from the people who said yes, households kept together.

  • Envelopes and paper

Names and addresses print straight onto our invitations.

  • Messages

Email everyone, or just the people who haven’t answered yet.

  • Thank-yous

Registry gifts find their giver, and the notes come half written.

  • Your budget

Your head count follows the list, so every estimate prices the real number.

Your mom has a list too.

Give her a link. She adds the people she’d love to see there, you tap Add or Skip on each one, and nobody hears a thing until you do. No shared spreadsheet, no awkward calls.

3 names from Maya’s mom are waiting for a yes or no.

KitchenAid stand mixer · from the Ellises
Dear Tom, Margaret and June,

Thank you for the stand mixer. June’s note says it’s for birthday cakes, so consider yourselves invited to every one. Having you there made the day.

With love,
Maya & Theo

Thank-you notes, mostly written.

Registry gifts find their giver on your list. Add the rest (a check, a quilt, a very long toast) and we draft a note that names it. You make it yours, then email it or print it on our cards.

Good questions.

Is it really free?

Yes. The guest list, address link, RSVPs, seating chart and thank-yous are free. We make money on paper and optional extras, never on your list.

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests tap a link, find their name and answer. That’s it.

Can I import my spreadsheet?

Yes. Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. We read the columns, show you what we found, and add it. You can also paste a column of names straight into the box.

How do plus-ones work?

Name them if you know them. If you don’t, give the guest a spot and they’ll fill the name in when they RSVP. The count includes them either way.

What’s the A-list and B-list?

Everyone starts on the A-list. Put people on the B-list if you’d invite them when there’s room; your expected count only counts the A-list, so you can see what inviting them would do.

Do I need a wedding website first?

No. Start the list today; when you build your free website, the list is already there and RSVPs flow into it.

Can our families help?

Yes. Parents (or anyone helping) get their own link to suggest names, and nothing lands on your list until you approve it.

Can I print envelopes?

Download the envelope list for a calligrapher, or print names and addresses straight onto our invitations and thank-you cards.

Start the list tonight.

Ten minutes of typing now saves you a month of spreadsheet later.
