Foreverly – Terms of Service

Welcome to Foreverly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Foreverly, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Foreverly," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, creating an account, or booking a service through our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What Foreverly Does
Foreverly is an online platform that helps couples plan weddings by connecting them with venues, vendors, and services. We do not own, operate, or manage any venues or vendors listed on our platform (unless specifically stated).
We provide tools to view information, compare pricing, and book tours or services. Any agreement for actual wedding services is between you and the vendor/venue, not Foreverly.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your state)
- Be able to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- All activity under your account
- Keeping your account information up-to-date
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
4. SMS Messaging & Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from Foreverly regarding:
- Tour confirmations and reminders
- Account updates and notifications
- Important service announcements
- Responses to your inquiries
Important SMS Terms:
- Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications
- Reply HELP for assistance with SMS services
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services
- We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and bookings

5. Listings, Pricing Estimates & Accuracy
Estimates are estimates. Every dollar figure on Foreverly, including the Instant Estimate, price ranges on cards, per-guest figures, saved estimates and totals we email you, is an estimate. We build it from pricing a business entered or published, typical costs for similar businesses nearby, and the date and guest count you gave us. It is our opinion of what a wedding there might cost. It is not a quote, an offer, or a price any business has agreed to honor.
Foreverly is not a quoting tool. Do not rely on an estimate as a price commitment. Confirm every number with the venue or vendor before you sign anything or pay a deposit. Only they can quote you.
Prices change. Businesses change their rates, add service charges, taxes, gratuities and minimums, and price differently by date and season. Where we know a venue's service charge or tax, we say so next to the number. Where we do not, the estimate is before those charges. We are not responsible for pricing changes a business makes that we have not been told about.
Where the numbers come from. Each price is labeled: entered by the business on Foreverly, transcribed by our team from the business's own published materials, or modeled by Foreverly from similar businesses nearby. See How Pricing Works for what each label means.
Listings we built. Some venue and vendor profiles are built by Foreverly from publicly available information before the business has joined. Those profiles are marked as not yet claimed. The business has not reviewed them, has not agreed to appear on Foreverly, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsing Foreverly. Messages and tour requests you send to an unclaimed business are forwarded by Foreverly to the contact information on its public listing, and the business may not respond.
Businesses are responsible for their own listings, services, policies and pricing once they claim them. Foreverly does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness or performance of any venue or vendor, or that any estimate will match a final price.
Corrections and removal. If you run a business and something on your listing is wrong, or you want it removed, tell us at foreverlyweddings.com/listing-report and we will fix or remove it promptly, usually within two business days. Couples who spot an error can use the same form.
6. Payments & Fees
- When you schedule a tour through Foreverly, the venue/vendor may be charged a fee.
- If a tour is canceled according to our cancellation policy, fees may be refunded.
- Prices shown come from the business, from its published materials transcribed by our team, or from Foreverly's estimate model, and each is labeled on the page. Estimates may not include taxes, service charges, gratuities or minimums unless the page says so.
- Foreverly is not responsible for payment disputes between couples and vendors/venues.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for weddings, tours, or services are determined by the vendor or venue you book with. Please review their policies before booking.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Foreverly is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of any vendor or venue.
- We are not responsible for damages, losses, cancellations, or changes to your event.
- Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us directly for our services (if any).
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes about services you receive must be resolved directly with the vendor or venue. Foreverly is not a party to those agreements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute between you and Foreverly that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you and Foreverly consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the updated Terms.
12. Copyright & Listing Content
We respect the rights of photographers, venues and vendors in their photos and other content. If you believe content on Foreverly infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent at [email protected] with "Copyright notice" in the subject, or use the listing report form. Include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The URL on Foreverly where the content appears.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable access to reported content promptly, usually within two business days, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information above, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or Hennepin County, Minnesota, if you are outside the United States).
A business that wants its listing corrected or taken down for any other reason can use the same listing report form. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
