Here’s how it all works.

Pick a venue and see what the whole wedding costs, down to the bar. Book the tour. Then plan everything else here, free.

24,539 weddings priced so far. Free to use, and we never ask for a card.

From a list of names to a tour on Saturday.

Most wedding sites stop at a photo and a contact form. Here is what happens on Foreverly instead, in three steps.

1

Find the place, with the price already on it.

Search venues and vendors near you. Every one shows what a wedding there tends to cost before you fill out a single form, and says where that number came from.

The line under every price

From the venue's own rates
The business claimed its profile and entered or confirmed its pricing on Foreverly. We price your date and guest count from those rates, then add typical costs for the outside vendors you would still need.
From their published rates
The business has not joined Foreverly yet. Our team typed in the pricing it publishes on its own website or materials, and we price your wedding from that. The business has not reviewed or confirmed those numbers here.
Based on similar venues nearby
We have no pricing from this business at all. The number is what similar weddings around here tend to cost, built from other venues and vendors in the area. Treat it as a ballpark, not a price for this place.
Contact for pricing
We have nothing to price from. Only the business can quote you.

What it costs. Mostly nothing.

Planning is free and stays free. You pay for paper you print, and that's the whole list.

So how does Foreverly make money?

Venues and vendors pay to reach you, and we sell printed stationery. That's it. You never pay to plan, and planning never asks for a card.

Run a venue or vendor business? Listing is free

The questions that come up next.

Is the estimate a quote?

No, and we say so next to every number. It's our best estimate of what your wedding there would cost, built from the venue's rates wherever we have them and labeled with where each number came from. Only the venue can quote you, so confirm it with them before you sign anything or pay a deposit.

Do I need an account?

Not to look around. Browsing and pricing a wedding need nothing from you, not even an email. When you book a tour we set up your free account from the details you give us, and that's where your tours, estimates and messages live. You can also make one yourself any time.

What if a venue isn't on Foreverly yet?

We still list it, built from what the venue publishes, and the page says so at the top. Tour requests and messages go to the contact details on its public listing, and the venue replies to you directly. That can take a little longer than a venue that runs its own page here.

Can I change the guest count or the date?

Yes. Change either one, swap the menu, take out the DJ, and the total reprices on the spot. Save as many versions as you like and compare them side by side.

Where do you have venues?

Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois right now, from Duluth down to Chicago, with vendors across the same area.
