Paddock is set the way an old club prints its show programme: a fine copperplate etching of a horse and rider at a collected canter, heavy paper and wide margins, your names in spaced serif capitals and the date set like a show date. The reply card says entries close; the table numbers are rings; the program is the order of the day, class by class; and one green silk rosette appears, never more than once on a piece. Navy on cream, cream on navy, cream on hunter green, dark ink on saddle tan, or navy on bright white.
