Posy is painted round the edge like a card from an artist friend: a big ribbon bow tied at the top, and little bows, hearts, butterflies, a sun and a moon, stars and wildflowers all the way round, a little wonky, in real gouache. In the middle a loose painted line makes a cartouche, and inside it your names are written large in a naive hand. With a photograph, the picture sits inside the painted line. Rust, cornflower and sage on cream, cherry and rose on blush, red and sage on butter, or cherry and gold on sky.
