Sweetheart cuts one big heart from coloured paper, a little lopsided the way scissors leave it, and letters your first names inside it by hand, with the date in small bold capitals under them. The card says what it is over the heart and where under it, set by eye rather than centred. With a photograph, the picture is cut to the heart and mounted on the coloured one, a ragged rim of colour round it. The small cards are signed with a heart carved with your initials and an arrow through it. Cherry on butter, hot pink on blush, red on cream, cobalt on powder, chocolate on cream, or pink on cherry.
